Hezbollah says it targeted Israeli forces, helicopter in Lebanon Hezbollah said it carried out a series of attacks against Israeli forces in southern Lebanon, including targeting an armoured unit with artillery shells as it attempted to retrieve a damaged vehicle in the town of Deir Siryan.
